Your Choices
Our analytics, advertising & retargeting and B2B visitor-identification categories run by default for most visitors, including those in the United States, and you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices or the California section below. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they stay off until you choose in our cookie banner. Our Privacy Policy explains how we tell the two apart.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of all non-essential technologies, and it overrides any earlier choice made in that browser. See our California privacy notice for what this means for the sharing of personal information.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer. If you turn off something that is already running, the page reloads so that it stops.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically, for every visitor wherever they are: if your browser sends it, neither tool loads. You can also opt out here in one click. It turns off advertising and visitor identification in this browser and leaves analytics as it is. For the rest of your California rights, see our California privacy notice.
You have opted out of sale/sharing in this browser.
One exception: the dated copy of our Master Services Terms at /legal/terms-2026-08-04 is referenced in signed Order Forms, so we do not modify it. It still loads IDPixel whenever it is opened, wherever you are, and none of the choices above apply to it. Every other page on this site follows them.

Why Some Items Are Not Behind the Banner
Our scheduling and payment tools load only when you act: when you click to schedule a call, or when you choose to pay for a webinar on our payment provider's own page. Nothing from them runs while you are simply browsing, so there is nothing to switch off in advance. Our video-hosting provider serves the videos on our pages and sets no cookie. The consent record (pa_consent_v1) is what lets us remember a "no"; putting it behind the banner would make it impossible to remember that choice.
A Note on B2B Visitor Identification
We have not yet received our B2B visitor-identification provider's own retention period for the data it collects, so we list it as unknown rather than guess. It never loads unless you allow Advertising & Visitor Identification.
