If you're vetting vendors for an operator, I'd go one step further than online reputation: ask each company for 3–5 operator references, current rental inventory by tool class/size, API/inspection records, 24/7 dispatch capability, typical Permian/East Texas response time, and their actual customer mix (operators vs. service companies). That will tell you much more about “trust” than Google reviews.
