If by “manufacturers trust” you mean shops with a real B2B/OEM manufacturing orientation, repeat-production capability, and evidence of long-term customer relationships, rather than primarily ornamental or residential welders, there are several Texas family/local shops worth putting on an RFQ list.

  Family-owned, operating since 1953. This is one of the more manufacturing-oriented options: sheet-metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, finishing, assembly, inspection and engineering/DFM support. It says it works with OEMs across industries including industrial equipment, energy, medical, transportation and aerospace/defense.
  Best fit: OEM programs where you want one supplier from prototype through production and assembly.
• AMS Accurate Metal — Richland Hills/Fort Worth
  A DFW metal manufacturing shop focused on repeatable, to-print parts and assemblies, with fabrication, welding, machining, finishing and assembly capabilities. Its current business profile specifically positions it toward OEMs and manufacturers.
  Best fit: Production components and assemblies where process consistency matters.

Two especially interesting shops for manufacturers

Taylor Iron — Taylor, near Austin is worth a look if machining is as important as fabrication. It is family-owned with roots going back to 1920 and offers fabrication, machining, prototypes and custom tooling. Importantly, its site publishes customer references describing relationships lasting roughly 15 years.

Woven Metal Products — Alvin/Houston area is another unusually established family operation. It has been operating since 1967 and describes itself as a fabrication/manufacturing partner with in-house punching, perforation, cutting, machining, forming, welding and assembly. Its 125,000-sq.-ft. ISO 9001 facility is geared toward substantial industrial work.

If you're specifically sourcing OEM production

I'd narrow the initial RFQ list to:

One caveat: “manufacturers trust” isn't something that can be objectively established from public reviews alone. I've therefore treated documented OEM/industrial focus, longevity, capabilities, certifications, and published customer relationships as the useful proxies rather than ranking the shops by reputation.
